Family friendly lake home with something for everyone. Enjoy your morning coffee on the upstairs balcony while you whip up a delicious breakfast on the Blackstone. When the most important meal of the day is complete, gather on the middle deck to plan the rest of your day. Head down to the private dock for all the water activities you could imagine from fishing to kayaking and paddleboarding. Have a boat? Bring that too! Lake Decatur is perfect for tubing and wakeboarding with the launch just across the lake. When the sun goes down, you can light up the firepit and roast hot dogs and marshmallows! Or head inside for a family friendly games like Yahtzee and Uno.
Need quiet time? Snuggle up with a book from our library in front of the fireplace, or flip on the TV and catch your favorite show through Roku guest access. Maybe this is a workcation? Enjoy the view while you solve all the worlds problems. You will find something for everyone to do at our beautiful home!

About the Owner

We have always spent time on the water. From a young age tubing on Grandpa's boat, then traveling as adults to experience the amazing lakes and rivers of IL, MI, WI, etc. with friends and family. We've always wanted our own happy place that was close enough to drive, but far enough for a true get away.

Primary bedroom is located on the upper level, and includes dresser with drawers, USB port/standard outlet touch lamps on side tables, ceiling fan, luggage racks, 48" smart television, walk through closest with plenty of storage which connects with the upper level shared bath. There is more than enough room in the primary for the pack and play to be set up as well.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located on the lower level. They both include USB port/standard outlet charging side tables, ceiling fans, 48" Roku televisions and luggage racks.
Twin trundles slide out from underneath full bed and are perfect for kids and adults alike. To maximize on space in these rooms, close the closest door and slide twin mattress against the door.
